Taking care of your bedroom to bring a good Feng Shui.

Most of the times, it can be quite difficult that every home and room have a perfect Feng Shui.

So the first things we should do, even before upgrading to advanced studies, is to improve the bedroom energy with this quick and easy advice:

  • Bedrooms should be simple, too much color and decor will ruin a peaceful environment;
  • Always try to place the bed diagonally in relation to the door;
  • The bed should be against a solid wall and keeping a good distance from the windows;
  • Refresh the air of your bedroom every morning by opening the windows;
  • Never sleep with your head or feet directly pointed at the door:
  • Avoid placing the bed under an exposed beam from the ceiling;
  • The rectangular or square forms are the best for bedrooms;
  • Clean white sheets and a well made bed will make you feel just like in a hotel;
  • Prefer natural fabrics in your textiles, such as cotton or linen;
  • Finally but not less important, love your bedroom and treat it like a sanctuary because a great part of our life is spent there.

Luo Pan compass, what it is for?

One of the most popular Classic Feng Shui Schools is San Yuan, generally speaking, this school uses this important instrument, the Luo Pan, to give us another layer of information about a house or a building.

Only professionals and masters of this ancient method can give a precise and accurate measure, combining valuable information like form, direction and time.

The place where the measure should take place is always outside the front door of the house, meaning that if we live in an apartment, it would be the door of the building.

Also placing the Luo Pan leaning against the door and at the level of our energetic centre, is the proper way for measurement.

Magnetic interference can cause difficulties in finding the magnetic North, which is the starting point when doing this type of study, so when the needle is stable and aligned it’s called, correct needle.

If you want to know more information about the home you live or your workplace, this method is very efficient and is able to provide us much of the energetic matrix of any space.

Windows and Feng Shui.

One of the most important aspects that I learned while studying Feng Shui, is that both doors and windows are most responsible for bringing energy to our home, actually 70% studies say.

Today we will be focusing on the windows, during this difficult time we all went through while locked down in our homes, they were such more important in our lives.

I saw around the world so many people like me and my family, standing at windows to wave,to see family, friends, neighbors singing and clapping, birds, on-line shops arriving, rainbow drawings…

So when practicing Feng Shui, we should pay close attention for what’s going on outside the windows of our home:

  • Do we see a nice view of a garden?
  • Are neighbors very close ?
  • Do we see and hear a busy street?
  • Too close to water view?
  • Is it too noisy and polluted when opening the windows?

Take a good look at your windows now, but don’t discard a proper study and best results, always advice with a professional consultant.➡️DM for more info.

Is there a Feng Shui plant?

Crassula Ovata – this type of succulent plant is one of the most popular plants for bringing prosperity in Feng Shui practice, but that doesn’t mean we can’t use others.

Many times I found myself lost in all the Feng Shui teachings, until realizing that being very fundamental is not the issue.

Any plant can empower energy inside our home or business, but when placing a Crassula for example on the southeast corner, which is characterized by small wood, we might experience our prosperity and richness increasing.

By saying this, please keep in mind that these words are not just about money, they are truly about every aspect of life, being rich in health, wealth, family, work, friends, happiness…

This year particularly, Crassula can also help even more because despite being a tree element, its round leaves also represent metal coins, and southeast direction this year has been empowered by positive metal energy.

How do you find your bedside table?

When it comes to bedside tables, Feng Shui practice can give us some quick and easy tips on how to improve your energy flow in your bedroom, sometimes just by making these small changes:

  • The size matters, so if your bedside table is too short or too tall comparing with your bed you might consider a more proper size;
  • Stable and in good conditions, even if it’s old or a recycled piece, as long as it’s functional and you love it;
  • Keep it clean and clear, so many times we leave a ton books to read, drinks and cups, medicines, so remember to keep it spacious with no clutter;
  • Pictures of your family or even friends are not a good option, only of you or your partner;
  • Good lighting is essential for reading at night, forget the phone and the TVs in the bedroom, a great book will be so much better for your health;
  • Finally, a pair of equal bedside tables is fundamental to bring couples harmony, even if you don’t have someone in your love life, this way you will be manifesting you are ready now.
