
Even when we are lucky to have a well balanced home, in terms of energy flow and with several Feng Shui practices, we should also pay attention to how much time we spend on it, especially at this challenging moment we are all facing.
Nature is our best helper in terms of balancing our inner energy, spending time outside can reboot our body and mind, something that sometimes not even our homes are able to give us, even if they are incredibly awesome.
Children are also very affected by this situation, spending too much time at home playing with electronic devices and consequently having social and behavior issues.

For this reason, go out into the nature alone, with friends, with your family , and find out what makes you feel reinvigorated:

- A Fire element person should stay in the sun for a while or close to a fire pit in order to energize its power;
- An Earth element person can walk in the mountains to achieve a better balance;
- A Metal element personality can walk in the earth’s depths, expeditions or climbing big rocks adding some radical excitement to this element;
- Finally a Water element person, will benefit obviously getting into the water, diving, surfing or swimming in the sea, rivers or lakes all year around not just in summer time.
