The bedside table should be the place where we keep only the essentials for a restful night’s sleep, such as water, the book we want to read, or the cream we like to apply.
Anything else shouldn’t be piled up on the bedside table, too many books, food , pills and especially the cell phone. Several studies have shown that electromagnetic energy disrupts our restful sleep and even our immune system.
Excessive objects in this area also accumulate dust and even mold, which can be harmful to our health in terms of allergies or respiratory problems. Therefore, the more free and organized our bedside table is, the greater the likelihood of better sleep.
