The Singing Bowls, also called Tibetan Bowls, are originally from Asia, mainly from Japan, China, Thailand and the Himalayan region.
It is to be presumed that there have been sound bowls since Man began to work metal (approx. from 4000 BC), these instruments are produced manually and originate from the BonPo (pre-Buddhist) shamanic culture of the Himalayas, dating back to the Bronze Age and are manufactured with different metals, including gold, silver, copper, mercury, iron, tin and lead, among others.
Nowadays, and from east to west, this incredible ancestral object and its sound have become an excellent instrument for meditation, energy rebalancing, relaxation and purification.
To clear spaces, we can start playing the bowl at the front door and then make a circuit throughout the entire space, in all its rooms.
Starting with doors, windows, corners and mirrors where energy tends to stagnate, then objects and areas that you feel that are more in need.
This can also be improved with the practice of Feng Shui, where we can play a singing bowl where the energy of the Metal Element is beneficial, from the point of view of the sector (Bagua method) or even advanced calculations (Flying stars method).
