
For Feng Shui practice how and where we sleep has a big influence on our general well being.
So to find the best orientation or location to the bed, is different for each one of us and only advance studies could give that information with more detail, so no need to go and change your bed to the North just because you read it somewhere, start with what you can do by yourself and for better results always consider having a professional Feng Shui guidance.
Nevertheless, and accordingly to most of the experts in this matter, there are some things we can do to improve the energy of the bedroom:
▫️It’s not recommended to have something heavy above the bed, like shelves or a big heavy piece of art, this might create an unstable energy that can disturb a proper sleep;
▫️Also beneath the bed you might check if the energy is flowing in a way that is possible to clean all the dust that is usually there;
▫️If you keep objects under the bed, only bed clothing is preferable, keeping it properly organized and clean;
▫️Mirrors reflecting the bed are also not recommended;
▫️Finally, too much clutter and synthetic linens will also ruin the Feng Shui of the bedroom, most of all it should be a great place to rest and sleep, where we can recharge our energy everyday.
