The bed is really one of the most important pieces in Feng Shui practice.

There are several important things about a bed:

  • the size
  • the material
  • the bed linen
  • the location
  • the orientation
    And the list might go on…

One thing is for sure, when you sleep well at night, you will feel good during the day without feeling tired, grumpy or angry. Not to mention other health problems that can occur.

Nevertheless, after checking all these items above, if you have a cluttered bedroom, it will be useless because some of these things are probably blocking the energy flow and so all the environment and consequently your sleep, might be affected.

Here’s s a small list of things to avoid inside the bedroom according to Feng Shui:
