
In the ancient art of Feng Shui, low ceilings in the bedroom could cause too much pressure over our heads, sometimes causing discomfort or even headaches and insomnia.
Very often it’s difficult to find the “perfect Feng Shui”, as well as, there are no perfect solutions, only a deeper search for what’s best for our well being is possible.
So, in this case, it would be better to change the bed to another room or part of the room where the ceiling is higher and where energy flow is better.
Instead, try placing a dresser for example, since it wouldn’t be a place where we spend a lot of time like the bed and so it shouldn’t interfere with our sleep.
